1 . Must have lived in Canada for 1095 days (three years) in the last 5 years. (Any year a PR lives for more than 183 days out of Canada will be discarded)
2. must score level 4 in listening and speaking module of CELPIP exam
3. You must be atleast 18 years old.
4. Any time spent in Canada as a temporary resident (Study/work/visitor) or a protected person (refugee)
5. You have files you income taxes for 3 years in the last 5 years before applying.
